Is the offer also suitable for boys?
Yes, Glowtime Kids is designed for all children who enjoy a special experience. We offer a variety of activities and creative workshops that are fun for everyone – regardless of gender.
Which products are used?
Which workshops can I choose from?
When booking, you can choose between soap, bath bombs, bath salts, lip balm, scented candles, or scrubs, which the children can make themselves under guidance. This allows the children to get creative and take their creations home as a keepsake.
How many children can participate at most?
Our packages are designed for groups of up to 6 children. The package price remains the same even if fewer than 6 children participate. Additional children can be added for an extra fee, up to a maximum group size of 10 children. For groups larger than 10 children, prior arrangements are required so we can work together to find the best possible solution.
Are we allowed to bring our own food and drinks?
To start, the children will toast with sparkling drinks, water and small snacks will be available throughout the event. You are also welcome to bring a birthday cake, muffins, or other treats by arrangement to make the experience more personal. To create a festive atmosphere, we will set the table accordingly and, of course, provide all the necessary tableware.
My child has allergies - can they still participate?
Of course! Please let us know in advance about any possible allergies so that we can take the necessary precautions. We use only natural ingredients and carefully selected products with skin-friendly ingredients that are specially formulated for the sensitive skin of children. This way, we ensure that every child is as well protected as possible.
What happens if something comes up - can I cancel?
Cancellations must be made in writing. The relevant date for the cancellation policy is the date we receive your written cancellation. If you cancel up to 30 days before the event, there is no charge and you can withdraw from the contract free of cost. For cancellations made between 29 days and 7 days before the event, 50% of the participation fee will be charged. For cancellations from the 6th business day before the event or in the case of no-shows, the full participation fee (100%) will be due. As an alternative, you are welcome to nominate a replacement participant or participants.
Can I stay on-site during the event?
We want you to be able to enjoy a well-deserved break while the children have the time of their lives. With our Glowtime Glamour and Glowtime Deluxe packages, we capture special moments in photos, so you can later get wonderful insights into the experience and welcome your children back with sparkling eyes.
Is there an age restriction?
Glowtime Kids is the ultimate destination for unforgettable moments, thoughtfully created for children aged 6 to 13 in mind – our suggested age range for the full Glowtime experience. Younger or older children can also participate upon request.
How far in advance should I book?
To ensure the availability of your preferred date, we recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends. If your desired date is already booked, please contact us directly – we will work together to find a suitable solution.
What should the children bring?
The children don’t need to bring anything – everything they need for the Glowtime experience will be provided by us. We recommend comfortable clothing so they can fully enjoy the experience.
Can the accessories from the event be taken home?
Accessories such as spa robes, slippers, headbands, hairbands, or crowns are provided to the children during the event to make the experience even more special. However, these items remain on-site and cannot be taken home, as they are intended for use only during the event and activities. Each child will receive small surprises in a goodie bag with the Glowtime Glamour and Glowtime Deluxe packages, which they can take home.
