Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal when concluding a distance selling contract, about which the provider informs below in accordance with the legal model. Paragraph (2) contains a sample withdrawal form. The exception to the right of withdrawal is regulated in paragraph (3).
(1) Right of Withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.

- that I have been informed by the contractor that I am entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal. A copy of the corresponding withdrawal policy and a sample withdrawal form have been provided to me by the contractor;

- that I have been informed that I lose my right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed;
- that, in the event that I withdraw from the contract before its full performance, I must pay the contractor reasonable compensation for the services provided up to the time of withdrawal.
